Killer Bow Ranch
Texas Trophy Whitetail's

Ethics, Integrity, Honesty
Killer Bow Ranch is a Trophy Whitetail Hunting and Breeding operation that is family owned and operated by David and Brenda Bird.
The ranch is located in Burleson County, in east central Texas, approximately 65 miles east of the state capital Austin.
The nearly 300 acres of High Fenced ranch terrain consist of hilly, densely wooded areas, and several open fields. The ranch has 4 ponds stocked with various fish which also provide the deer with ample water supply, as well as several feeding stations.
The land on which the ranch is situated has been family owned since 1831 when the land was awarded to John Bird as a Mexican Land Grant from Stephen F. Austin. You will find more information and original documents on the history of our land on our Ranch History page.
We have plenty to offer our hunters and guest here at
the Ranch and the surrounding community. Our guest can fish from one of our 4 ponds, hike along one of the many nature trails, or view and photograph the abundant wildlife. There are several attractions in Caldwell and nearby Lake Sommerville. For all of the details visit our Recreation page.
